Cancellation Policy

Cancellation -- All regular bookings must be cancelled by 4 pm two days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first-night stay until then all amendments are free of charge.

Advance-Purchase Sale Bookings: PLEASE NOTE alternative T&C’s as below:
Full Payment will be processed upon booking and will be charged to the credit card provided. Reservation is non-refundable and this booking cannot be amended to other dates. Guests who do not arrive to the hotel on the date they have booked will not receive a refund.
